Punishment

I have spent the last few days in bed with a cold and there was not that much interesting.
Lady Helena decided to punish me with an enema for not following my toilet instructions. I executed the punishment today. I couldn't hold the enema long enough and soiled myself a bit before I was on the toilet and I felt quite uncomfortable for a while afterwards. It's not something that I would like to experience again.

While I spent the time in bed, I have been listening to quite a few sessions. It let me feel a bit better for a while and time passed faster.
Princess Shelle has told me to listen to 'Obedience is Pleasure' for 7 days and I already have listened twice.
