This device is inspired by the well known Venus2000 machine. In fact, i'm using an original receiver tube. But i wanted to have more variety with the stroking pattern.
Instead of the handle, i attached a stepper-motor to operate the pump.
The stepper-motor gives me more control over how the strokes feel.
It's possible to vary the stroke-length and the speed can be adjusted independently for the up and down movement.
Especially a fast up and slow down movement feels very good, while the other way around can be quite frustrating.

DeleteGreat solution. Do you have a speed-algorithm (arduino, cpp) for the stroke? A ramp, so that it starts at 0 and runs after 0.25-x turns at the target-speed. And of course the reverse ramp, that it stops after 0.25-x turns. So a "soft start".
